1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1   To use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person and a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. vbcash strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by anyone under 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• You must be acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated or suspended by vbcash for breach of these Terms.

2.2   By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements above are met. vbcash reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance.

3. Account Registration

3.1   To access real-money gaming features on the Platform, you must create a single Account by completing the registration form accurately and truthfully. Each player is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.2   During registration, you will be required to provide, at a minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, a valid email address, and a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia.

3.3   KYC Verification: Before you may make a withdrawal, and at any other time vbcash deems appropriate, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport);
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by our compliance team.

3.4   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. vbcash will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to keep login details secure.

3.5   vbcash reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1   Deposits: You may fund your Account using any of the payment methods currently supported by vbcash, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page.

4.2   All Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. vbcash does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered in your name may be reversed and your Account suspended pending investigation.

4.3   Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the payment method selected and the time of the request. vbcash does not guarantee specific processing times for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 or those flagged for additional security review.

4.4   Before any withdrawal is processed, your KYC verification must be complete. vbcash reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC or additional fraud checks.

4.5   Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in your Account dashboard. vbcash reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal caps at its discretion.

4.6   Funds in your Account do not accrue interest. vbcash is not a financial institution, and your Account balance does not constitute a bank deposit.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1   vbcash may from time to time offer Bonuses to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Clause 5, as well as any specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the Bonus is offered.

5.2   Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the Bonus amount (or winnings derived therefrom) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly at the time of the Bonus offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3   Bonuses are awarded for personal use only. Abusing bonus offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies, or colluding with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus balances.

5.4   vbcash reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a Bonus has already been credited to your Account, we will provide reasonable notice before making any material change to its terms.

5.5   Certain games may contribute at reduced rates (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are outlined on the promotions detail page for each offer.

6. Betting & Game Rules

6.1   All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or betting market. These rules are displayed within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail.

6.2   vbcash offers a broad range of gaming products, including but not limited to: sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and various other markets); live casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and game-show titles); togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery); slot gacor (high-payout slot machines); and other specialty games. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, for live dealer games, by the result of real physical game events conducted under supervision.

6.3   Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. vbcash reserves the right to void any Wager that is placed in error, placed on a market that has been suspended or cancelled, or placed in contravention of these Terms.

6.4   In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game or betting event, vbcash will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue fairly. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the affected Wager(s) may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

6.5   vbcash reserves the right to limit or refuse any Wager at its sole discretion, including imposing maximum stake limits on individual bets or betting markets.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1   vbcash is committed to promoting responsi ble gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time controls, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your Account settings at any time.

7.3   vbcash enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If we have reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the Account immediately and withhold any Funds pending verification. Any Funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any amounts wagered.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1   The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in match-fixing or any other form of manipulation of game or betting outcomes;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening vbcash staff or other Players;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction;
• Circumventing any geo-restriction, security measure, or access control implemented by vbcash.

8.2   vbcash actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, we reserve the right to close the Account, withhold all Funds pending investigation, and share information with relevant law enforcement agencies where legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1   All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of vbcash or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vbcash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2   vbcash's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3   vbcash does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions, technical failures, or cyber-attacks beyond our reasonable control.

10.4   Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by vbcash.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1   vbcash collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2   We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and strict access controls, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

12. Amendments

12.1   vbcash reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, notifying you via the email address registered to your Account.

12.2   Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining Funds in your Account.

13. Governing Law

13.1   These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in the English language.

13.2   Nothing in this Clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
